Authenticated pre-owned luxury

Authenticated luxury.And a way in.

Exceptional pre-owned pieces, authenticated twice — and everything a boutique needs, handed to women building their own.

  • Authenticated twice
  • Every flaw shown
  • Shipped like a gift

Authenticated twice

Once inside the network we buy from. Again by us, before a piece is ever listed.

Every flaw shown

Photographed from every angle — corners, interior, hardware, and whatever is wrong with it.

Shipped like a gift

Presented and packed as though it were new. Even when you bought it for yourself.

What we are

One house. Two halves.

A group of pre-owned luxury pieces arranged on a warm neutral ground

The house

We buy it, and we stand behind it.

We acquire exceptional pre-owned pieces through a closed, vetted supply network, authenticate every one twice, and present them properly. We own what we sell — which means the risk is ours, not yours.

The mission

Then we hand the whole thing over.

Supply, authentication, software, packaging, logistics, training — everything a luxury boutique needs. We built it once, properly, and we give it to women who want to run their own.

Start your boutique

Why we exist

A hundred women in business for themselves.

We built everything a luxury boutique needs — the supply, the authentication, the software, the packaging, the training — and we hand it to women who want to run their own.

That's the luxury movement we're named for. Not who luxury keeps out — who it puts in business.

Plainly

What we are not.

  • A consignment app.
  • A marketplace.
  • A dropshipper.
  • A reseller with a following.

We buy our own inventory and stand behind every piece.

Every one of those models works by moving someone else's risk onto you. We took the other side of it — we spend our own money on the piece before you ever see it, which is the only reason we can afford to be this honest about its condition.

The trust argument

Authenticated twice. Every flaw shown.

We buy only from vetted partners who authenticate their own inventory — then we authenticate every piece again ourselves, before it ever reaches you.

Pass one

Their pass

Authenticated inside the vetted network we buy from — before we ever commit to a piece.

Pass two

Our pass

Authenticated again by us on arrival — before it is graded, photographed, or listed.

The certificate

Two authentications. One certificate. Zero guessing.

Buying inside a closed loop is how we get the deals. Authenticating twice is how we pass them on without passing on the risk.

See how a piece is authenticated
A certificate of authenticity laid beside the piece it belongs to

The certificate

One piece. One record. In writing.

Every piece ships with a document: what it is, that both authentication passes cleared, the grade we gave it, and the number that ties the paper to the object.

Certificate number

Unique to the piece. Quote it to us any time and we'll confirm the record.

Pass one

Signed off inside the vetted network we bought from — before we ever committed.

Pass two

Run by us on arrival, independent of the first.

Keep it. It's how you hold us to what we said.

Condition honesty

We photograph what's wrong with it.

Corners, interior, hardware, and whatever is worn. If a piece has a mark, you see the mark before you decide — named on the certificate, not buried in a gallery.

We'd rather lose the sale than have you open the box disappointed.

Honest corner wear on a pre-owned leather piece — the kind of flaw we photograph and publish before you buy.

Corner wear

Shown before you buy. Photographed straight on — never styled away.

Hardware

Shot under raking light, so a scratch has nowhere to hide.

The surface

Patina, marks, pen lines — the interior gets the same lens as the outside.

Press a marker to read the note. Every note also appears on the listing.

Our standards

What we hold ourselves to.

Read the standards

Every piece is authenticated twice.

Every piece is graded against a published rubric.

Every flaw is shown before you buy.

Every piece is presented and packed as though it were new.

Luxury is the most powerful attention machine ever built. We pointed it at something that matters.

Luxury is usually about exclusion — who's kept out. We use it for the opposite.

Trevor Nix — Founder

Hands at work over leather in the atelier, in warm daylight

The founder

“I wanted to build a boutique for someone I loved.”

Not a company, not an exit — a place where someone I loved could do something she loved and own it.

What I learned building it: the hardest part of a luxury boutique isn't taste and it isn't hustle. It's infrastructure. Almost nobody can build all of it alone, so almost nobody gets to start.

So we built it once, properly, and made it available. Now anybody can have it.
